As esteemed and prominent players remain confident in our services, we have adapted to the changing needs and grown with unceasing innovation. i-skills, the spin-off of IMOSTI, now balances the safety courses that are offered. It focuses on the behavioral skills like assertiveness, diversity, teamwork and leadership. This is a manifestation that we value effective and efficient training. It guarantees our partnership with clients in working together to promote quality professionals.

Essentially, only leading practitioners in training, education and human resources administration manage and operate IMOSTI and i-skills. This ensures customers and business partners of our commitment to the advancement of maritime and offshore stakeholders.

Message from the President

International Maritime & Offshore Safety Training Institute (IMOSTI), Inc. through the years remains steadfast in its commitment to deliver utmost services in human resource development.

The emphasis of what we do is in ensuring a better-equipped human capital in terms of behavioral safety competence. This initiative is to be achieved through progressive collaboration with OPITO and Nautical Institute (NI), our partners and industry stakeholders, both statutory and regulatory.

Our commitment is further communicated by launching new programs in line with our mandate as an institute of learning, not just as a training center. With i-skills, we will focus on developing peopleoriented skills, as well as, honing human behavior and values in order to become better persons and professionals.

This year, we will also feature the International Safety Academy in partnership with the National Safety Academy of United Kingdom (UK). It will provide training and certification of safety practitioners in the National Examination Board for Occupational Safety & Health (NEBOSH).
